Currently, we deliver all medications via Royal Mail*.

Orders placed by 2pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day, subject to pharmacist approval. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day, subject to pharmacist approval. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

We do not post medications outside of the United Kingdom.

To help keep your costs down, we’ve carefully packaged your order by flattening the box and separating its contents. Rest assured, everything is new and complete—just rearranged to reduce postage fees for you. You can easily rebuild the box if you’d like to store your medication in its original packaging. Your health matters to us, and we’re committed to delivering quality and affordability with every order. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Enjoy!

*Disclaimer – Royal Mail is our preferred courier for all deliveries. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond their control, such as weather conditions, strikes, bank holidays, or other unforeseen logistical challenges. Returns Policy 

We are committed to providing high-quality over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. 

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns under the following conditions: 

Conditions for Returns: 

  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please provide proof of damage or defect upon request. 
  • Unwanted Items: If you change your mind about a product, you may return it in its original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. 

Non-Returnable Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used pharmaceutical products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return. 

Refunds: 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. 
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or faulty.
